Develop the process for writing test case description so that you can easily on-board new QA-s in projects
Develop the process for calculating the time for testing features/modules/projects
Develop the process for identifying requirements for software testing at the start of the project (what devices, OS, browsers, etc.)
Automate QA processes for Live projects, stupid manual work, develop and maintain automation frameworks
Bring a load, security, database testing processes for Live projects.
Develop QA metrics and work on improvements
Write test documentation (test plans, test cases/checklists etc.)

What is important to join us:
4+ years of experience as QA Engineer
Team management experience
Experience with on-boarding and coaching of QA team members
Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving ability and proactiveness
Strong knowledge of testing native iOS, Android mobile application
Understanding of web technologies: HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/JSON
Experience with REST API testing (e.g. Curl, Swagger, Postman)
Familiar with Charles, Fiddler, Kafka, Android Studio, GitLab, Firebase, SQL
